1997!!! PURCHASED IN 1997 AND STILL IN PRISTINE CONDITION!! I use these mugs every day for coffee and beer. Probably one of the best products I have ever bought. I use it every day for my iced water. I’ve had this mug for 6 years and have only had one small problem with it. I brought it back to the maker and he fixed the crack and resealed the whole mug for free. Many people have scoffed at the fact I spent $150 on a handcrafted wooden mug. Those people have apparently never had quality wood in their hands. Cannot recommend this company enough!
My husband and I bought our first mug 10 years ago at the Maryland Renaissance Festival. Since they we have added two more mugs to our collection. Not only does it go will with our Renaissance gear, but it is the envy of all who sees us drink our water or coffee during our video calls. I met Goodly Woods in 2009 at the Renaissance Festival in Crownsville MD. I fell in love with a mug and decided to spend the money and buy it. What a good purchase, I use it often and it has been favorite go to for my tea. The handle broke off last year, I glued it back because I lost my papers that came with it. When I found it I reached out to Joe and he repaired it with no problem. Sent it back looking brand new at no charge to me. I have purchased 1 other mug at another Renaissance Festival and 2 other mugs from his website and intend on buying at least one more. This company honors their warranty, Joe cares for his customers and takes pride in his work. You will not be disappointed buying from Goodly Woods.
